Se que hay cosas que toman tiempo para responder pero todo se trata de trabajar en equipo y entender que todo es un proceso!! Do not rent here
December 23, 2022They straight lie. Pools aren't open and there is no club house. Dog crap all over, messed up roads, roaches, trash is always over full. Water if off twice a week at minimum. It floods, they never fix anything. They charge more for downstairs bc of the padio yet the fenses are broken. Office staff is rude af and don't answer most the time. Do not move her. Trust me. You will have to break your lease and they will go after your credit.Property Manager Responded

Worst place I have ever lived…
November 27, 2021These apartments need to be condemned. There is black mold EVERYWHERE. There is always plumbing issues and the maintenance man is extremely unqualified. Nice, but unqualified. We have 14 pending online requests. Our entire bedroom carpet, second bedroom, and bathroom is completely flooded right now. This is the 10th time this has happened since we moved in in February. dont go by the reviews...not true
June 16, 2018ive been here almost a year. i wanted to stay because they are fixing the outside up.But its not the outside its management and maintenance. Can never get things repair when they tell you...mostly lies. Mary the leasing agent will lie to you just to have to stop calling or complaining. there always a problem with the water...at least 2-3 times a month...no water or no hot water...without a notice just like today{6/16/2018]. i would never recommend anyone to lease here.Reseña de Apartments.com
Worst place to live! Part2
April 27, 2017The mailbox center is awful you can walk around and literally open any mailbox you want with your finger, I was so scared to get my mail sent here I had to get it sent to a PO Box. The pools are never open I have only ever seen them open on spring break once but after that never again and every time I call they always say that it's being cleaned. The Washateria's have no working washing machines in them and if they do it's just one. Even the number on the washing machine's goes directly to a no ...service call as soon as you call to get somebody to come fix it. Worst place to live!
April 27, 2017So I have lived here for over about a year now and have moved into two different apartments in the same complex and not only have I had the same problems but they were both on the opposite sides. These apartments are infested with fleas, roaches, rats, stray cats and all sorts of bugs in the Corridor. I've had to call at least three or four times to get my apartment treated for all of these and never did I get somebody to come out and actually spray the unit or spray the Corridor or do ...something about the rats. Not only are the rats loud but you can hear them throughout all times of the day in the walls . I have had multiple issues with maintenance and the front office. The people in the front office or rude and have no reassurance that they will be attending to fix your problems and the maintenance does not know what they are doing, I have had my AC go out in both units for over a month and it was because they had to order a whole new AC unit. For some reason, maintenance in these apartments seems to walk into your apartment without even warning you or notifying you that they will be doing so. I have had problems with the water in this apartment complex, they shut off the water multiple times throughout the day and I've had burning eyes while I was taking a shower due to the water being so chlorinated over the corse of my stay here. I do not feel safe walking around at night because random people walking from the park roam the complex. I have had multiple break-ins in to my car. Around nine or 10 o'clock when you're trying to get off of work you have to keep circling just to find parking or park somewhere else. I have met friends in these apartment complex and when I walked into the Corridor not only was their kids doing drugs in the Corridor, that did not live there was there also the same in my Corredor. Mold in air vents
November 7, 2016A few weeks ago my son began to get sick and I come to find out that I have mold in the air vents and that is why he is sick I immediately told the office and they have not yet done anything. I am mad that they don't take this seriously, my husband had to go multiple time to complain it's been almost a month and a half since we complained and just today I was notified that they will be cleaning the mold in 2 weeks. Manegment sucks
November 7, 2016I had many problems with my air-conditioning in the past, literally it takes weeks for them to fix things. I understand that it might take time but last night my AC stoped working and there was black smoke coming from the restroom and air vents I had to call 911 due to the smoke and my child has asthma . I'm so tired of dealing with these types of situations. Also the Maneger was being rude and she had a nasty attitude. As soon as my contract is over I'm moving out. Horrible place to live

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY
September 12, 2016This place is the worst, they don't care about there customers. I was never late on rent but once and gladly paid the fee and they still tried to hassle me for $15 that I didn't even owe. Had to sit down with the landlord and have a talk to make her realize she was wrong. Pools are never open. Yeah they'll take a look at what you need fixed but will they fix it? Nah. Most of the staff is rude. My mailbox was deemed useless bc it would never lock. Brought it to there attention and it was never ...fixed until about my 3rd time complaining. A lot Better.
December 2, 2015I have been here at Parkside Place for almost 2 years now. Was a bit rough in the beginning due to a incompetent property manager and maintenance crew but thing have turned around for the better.
