Here at Pointe Place, you can find Free Off-Street Parking, Trash Chutes on every floor and a 2 bay Pet wash station available for all our 4-legged friends. Located just a mile and half from downtown Dover and just over 3 miles to the Spaulding Turnpike, Pointe Place is close to everything. Pointe Place also offers 3 full-service restaurants which include the Sunrise Pointe Café for breakfast and lunch, The Roost for lunch and dinner and SoDo45 Dover’s newest Sports Pub. The Pointe Place Leasing Office is open Monday through Friday for anyone interested in touring our model unit and property. We look forward to meeting you!

Lived here for one year and even with construction have loved it! During the first year we requested to have our lease changed to five years.
