They put the thermostat in the worst possible spot, drop tile ceilings are very old (broken or drooping), Windows don't always lock, previous water damage is present in alot of places, and the list really does go on and on. The price to live here in the conditions you are given are not reasonable. At first sight it is, but it only goes downhill from there. As of now the bottom floor neighbors in our building are unable to use their toilet. Why? Because the sewage is messed up and now running into the yard where kids and dogs play. Toilet paper, feces, and urine are flowing freely even when the landlord finally answers and sends someone out to "fix" the problem. Instead they put a band are on it so in 6 hours the problem begins again. Try to call and text the landlord,no response. They will not fix a problem the right way to save some money,but instead wait til it gets worse and the tenants suffer. Highly do not recommend these apartments or any apartments they may also own/manage. Also the only review before mine sounds more like the management posted it themselves
