Horrible apartments
November 18, 2021I lived here for a year. The model they show of course is super nice. Once you get your apartment day of move in it’s awful! My cabinets were like sticky vinyl and we’re already messed up even though it had just been “remodeled”. Holes were patched up every where and it was even clean! Huge roach problem that wouldn’t go away. Bed bugs came in from apartment next door but I had to pay for the fix. When it rained water would leak through the windows and from the living room ceiling. Paid a pet ...deposit yet was charged out of my regular deposit for “odor” removal when we moved out. My ac constantly froze up and would be running for hours when I wasn’t home. High electric bill because their windows and doors are not sealed correctly. Had no internet for over 4 months until we finally had to get on them to replace everything - which they refuse to replace anything, ever!!! Over all a horrible experience and so glad we finally were able to move!Property Manager Responded

Home sweet home
November 18, 2021Very roomy and nice for a good price. Staff are always helpful. Love that they provide laundry, pool, and fitness areas. Only thing is there is not a lot of parking so people park where they are not supposed too and some people don't leash their dogs.Property Manager Responded

20 years and 3 apartments later…
November 18, 2021Well, I’ve lived here almost 20 years, and this is my 3rd apartment, so I guess you could say I like it here ? Peter is the best owner we have had to date, ( I’ve been through a few) and our office manager Tabitha is truely a gem. We have a very nice maintenance man too. June 8, 2021First and foremost the management and maintenance are very professional and friendly. The apartment itself is very cozy, it's very nice to have a pool in your front yard. Silvia and I love the way these apartments are located next to Target, the car wash, theaters, grocery stores, and a lot of eating establishments.Property Manager Responded

June 8, 2021Comes with all the basic needs. Clean, feel cozy, professional management and maintenance, friendly. Pool party "excellent idea "get us out of apt to socialize to meet one another. Awesome place to live
March 4, 2021Management and maintenance is super nice and professional. The only draw back is that the walls are kind of thin and there is always noise ranging from loud to very feint. Also the air conditioning system is linked to my downstairs neighbor who smokes weed a lot. So I get the smell that travels through the vents.Property Manager Responded

San Remy & Staff are The Best

Best place I've lived in yet
June 17, 2020The staff is super friendly, the layouts are spacious, and the property is just beautiful. The neighbors are friendly and everything is super secure. Everything is within walking and driving distance and one of the best elementary schools is very close.Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2020It's a good place to at I have been here a total of 15 years you have Furr's cafeteria, science spectrum, Target and elementary School (Waters) all a walking distance. Plus it has salt water pool and has 2 places where you can try to grow a garden.Property Manager Responded
