January 28, 2025Renter Beware! The management team here schedules large projects and building maintenance that impacts the residents very frequently, and often without much notice or accommodation. Some sections of the complex have had maintenance sheds and equipment taking up vital parking space for months at a time, which greatly impacts residents. Although they say they are open to feedback, providing it doesn't change their operating practices. Their written and verbal communication skills are also lacking. ...If you call the office and/or send an email, plan on following up several times (or possibly in person) in order to get a response. Beware of Mold!
January 17, 2025I had previously recommended this community to others, but unfortunately, I can no longer do so. The property has a recurring mold issue that is not being effectively addressed. I experienced mold growth on my clothing, shoes, and personal items, and my Peloton equipment developed rust due to the apartment's conditions. While maintenance sent a vendor to inspect the problem, no major issues were identified, and no tangible solutions were provided. Given that I recently had a newborn, this living ...situation became untenable. Although the management is allowing me to terminate my lease, they are requiring me to pay for a full 30-day notice period, despite the fact that I had to vacate the apartment early to protect my newborn from exposure to the mold. I had moved all of my belongings out well before the end of the notice period. This has caused significant financial hardship for a single mother who had to move to another place to protect her son. While I do appreciate the staff's politeness and professionalism, I cannot in good conscience recommend a community that has such significant mold problems and does not adequately support residents in these circumstances.Property Manager Responded

Not good
October 3, 2022Lived here for a year. During that time we have had 2 main issues with our 2 bedroom apartment. The first issue was a leak under the floor of 1 of our bedrooms. They had to jack hammer, dry the area, and re do the floors. This took them 3 weeks to complete at which time we could not use the bedroom. After months of follow up, it once finally agreed that I would be compensated for these 3 weeks. Unfortunately the employee that told me this then left SoFi and I am not getting a response from ...anyone else. The second issues was a leak from the ceiling of our only bathroom. It was a construction site for 1 week. No compensation either. Aside from the maintenance issus, the gates are constantly left open. Non-residents are walking through and going through the trash, it doesn't feel too safe for a supposably gated communityLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
