March 14, 2025Really love the peaceful environment and homeliness of this community! There are events often to bring together residents and it feels friendly throughout! However, the change of branding with no prior notice was shocking. There are also rose bushes in a dog friendly neighborhood that leaves thorn ridden branches, which my dog had to go to the emergency vet due to. There is also the aspect of maintenance requests sitting incomplete for a long period of time. Overall a good place to be but has its ...faults.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2025I had alot of stuff broke in the first month, and the yappy dog all hours of the night , and loud people at 1am during the week is a little annoying. Otherwise it's a nice place, I like the events and food trucks.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2024I enjoy living at The Villas at Nexton. It’s a well managed property with beautiful landscaping and several amenities. Maintenance guys are amazing and the front office staff is as well. The units are pricey but you get what you pay for, therefore, I don’t mind paying more to live comfortably.Property Manager Responded
