Horrible Apartments & Management
July 24, 2022Issues non stop with apt ac or leaks mold ect... tonight around midnight gunshots & just woke up again to more gun shots at 2:10 am the apts are just horrible now and people hanging out all hours drinking & things going on not ok here would avoid moving here especially if you have children no place to live with kids.Reseña de Apartments.com

January 25, 2021No recomiendo que vivas, aquí el aire NUNCA SIRVE siempre aguantas calor, si son con biles pagados pero como quiera, no vale la pena, yo la verdd no recomiendo estos apt yo y mi familia solo aguantamos 1 año viviendo ahí. No los recomiendiReseña de Apartments.com

September 29, 2019The staff never turn in work orders. I have been here for 3 years and they never fixed my leaks. They never do any inside upgrades. The only apartments they change the tile to wood style are the ones that people leave out of their lease early on. The older tenants never get upgrades. The bugs are bad. They sometimes try and cheat you out of your rent. Be sure to get a receipt. The inside of the apartment's kitchen is very outdated. The worst place
March 11, 2018Right now it’s 12:03 am in the middle of the night. The neighbor and all their family had a party outside. There’s nothing we can’t do. There’s no supervision or control of any kind. September 10, 2017These apartments have cockroaches everywhere! They don't do nothing about it. I've never had cockroaches in my home! This is also a bad neighboorhood for a fact that they broke into my home and stold everything! I don't recommend this apartments to anyone and for that price you can find waaay better. This place is a nightmare
November 1, 2016On December 28th of 2015 I moved in and I filled out an inspection form. I reported a nonfunctional and moldy dishwasher which had to be removed immediately due to me being asthmatic and having skin allergies to mold. I also reported that the carpeting looked like a crime scene that every inch was pet stained or bleached or burned or painted, smelled and appeared to be crawling with insects and needed to be replaced before my brand new furniture was delivered. They refused to replace my carpet ...unless I pay $375! I also reported windows that won't open, no heat or a/c, scorched, exposed and nonfunctional outlets in the kitchen and living room and one bedroom and no hot water. I also reported that the guardrails for my balcony were missing slats and I was afraid my guide dog would fall off the balcony if it wasn't repaired immediately. And none of the light fixtures had the Globes it was all bare light bulbs. Every time I pay my rent, every time I go to the office to pick up a package, every time I have a few minutes at work I call and request these items to be fixed. They haven't fixed one thing in 10 months. On top of those problems, 4 months ago we became infested with rats. It wasn't till I hired a lawyer and threatened to file a complaint with the city that they sent a maintenance worker to my apartment. (Btw) they refused to give me or my lawyer contact information for the owner so that a 7-Day demand letter could be sent to him via certified mail. 2 Days Later a maintenance man finally visited me . He removed the dishwasher to discover gallons of standing water and mold, rats nest and water damage. He repaired 4 rat holes, rewired, and covered 3 electrical outlets that had burnt out and replaced the entire shower system that was the cause of leaks (more mold) and no hot water. You know what he did to repair my AC and heating? He replaced the air filter and it magically began to work. Too bad no one thought of doing that before. The burned-out circuit breakers were replaced the next day. Although my carpets still look like a crime scene and I still can't open my windows/fire exits,for now I am satisfied. It is also true what other reviews have stated that there isn't nearly enough residential parking spaces and zero visitor parking . it's so bad that you are forced to pay $40 a month if you want a reserved space.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
