Highly Recommend Willow Springs Apartments in Puyallup, WA
June 1, 2018Being a retired Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, I spent over 25 years in uniform. Needless to say I've lived in many locations and many communities. Willow Springs is by far the finest community in which I've lived. After finding civilian employment in Puyallup, I moved to Willow Springs based on proximity to work, the wonderful community (quiet, secure, well maintained), the beautiful third floor unit with a heaven-like view of the woods, and of course the Angel-like management ...team. Heidi (resident manger) was terrific from the get-go. She responded to my initial inquiry quickly and never stopped showing true concern. She always said hello, waved, remembered my name, even provided a kind birthday wish when the time came. WOW! My unit never needed any maintenance or repairs, but I'm sure the response would have been immediate if it did. Only reason I left was due to deciding to stay in Puyallup and buy a condo. Visit this fine complex and please tell Heidi that Jim said hello!Property Manager Responded

Best apartment in puyallup by far!!!!
August 7, 2017My fiancé and I moved into Willow Springs a few months ago and we can't stop finding good things to say about this place. It is super quite and peaceful, other residents are incredibly kind and friendly, and the property is safe and well kept. The office staff is a large reason of why we moved in. Willow springs employees are so respectful and honest. They even remember our dogs name and say hello every time they see her. Also the repairmen are so sweet and nice and careful while doing projects. ...Another great this about this property is that is it close to everything but tucked back off the road so it's still quite and safe. Cute and cozy
