May 26, 2020I went to tour this complex, the lady in the office was very unprofessional & wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t give me any direction to thw unit I was touring, just told me it was open & let me view it myself. But when I went in the unit, it was roaches floating in the toilet, climbing up The walls etc. I didn’t event tour the whole unit because it was that bad. I don’t understand why they would have units like that for future residents to tourReview from Apartments.com

October 9, 2015I've only been living at Wood Trail apartments for a month if not longer and I love it. I'm also a student at Bllinn College and the school is less than 5 minutes away so that makes living here that much better. Management and Maitnence are great. if you have any problems or issues they're very helpful and get it done quick. I love everything about this place and will renew!Review from Apartments.com
