Decent facilities, poor property management
October 10, 2024If you’re considering moving into 100 Landsdowne (or any of the other University Park properties like 91 Sidney) I’d strongly recommend against it. I’m rarely one to leave reviews, but unfortunately my experience was so poor I feel compelled to share so others don't have the same experience. And based on many of the other reviews below, it seems to be a common occurrence. While the facilities and amenities are decently nice, the management team is quite disorganized. There seems to be a new ...property manager every month. As others have outlined, they are slow to respond to maintenance requests (there will be many) and often ignore emails and phone calls. It took over 2 months to receive my security deposit back after moving out. And even after finally receiving it, it was the incorrect amount despite management concluding nothing was wrong during the move-out inspection. Please look elsewhere. The facilities are okay, but other places can get you the same quality with much more responsive property management and without the risk of losing a chunk of your security deposit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
