We love our apartment & all the fixtures. We have a large island that you wouldn't be able to find in most buildings which is a plus for us. The high ceilings make the space look much bigger & so welcoming. We for sure love our apartment!

Poor Management Treatment

I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. If I could give it negative stars I would. Apartment complex is nice and new, but management does not care about you and only see you as a way to make more money. There are so many small infractions for which they will charge you a fee. I lost my key on a weekend and there is a $100 fee to get a key replacement, plus an additional $100 just so they could let me into my apartment. Apartment doors automatically lock right behind you so I ...
cannot go out of my apartment, to even use the apartment amenities, while I wait for the new key to arrive (which could take a few days) because I will have to pay the fee to be let back in. When talking to management they tell you that is the way the system works and that they cannot do anything about it. Showing that they do not care about us and will try to take as much money from you as they can.

We’ve loved living at 100 house the last 3 years. Staff are wonderful and always so helpful. Rooms are spacious and location is a perfect spot between downtown Hoboken and Jersey City.

We love living at 100 House. Love the up and coming neighborhood yet the quieter nature of the area compared to downtown. Close to both downtown Hoboken and Jersey City.

We have been living at 100House for over three years now and just resigned our lease for another year. We love that they are dog friendly and provide great dog parks that are close by for our dog Maggie. The location is great for us as we are both relatively close to our offices. We’d recommend 100House because of their amenities, staff, and location.
