February 8, 2025I been living in my apartment for about 2 months n it is very comfortable n just a nice apartment all the way around. The security here also is very good, love that you need a key to get in the building not just anybody can walk in. The landlord Glory is very kind n sweet, she was very welcoming to me n my son. We now have our own place to call home n i wouldn’t have wanted my first apartment to be anywhere else for my baby.Review from Apartments.com

February 6, 2025My daughters just recently started renting an apartment here and from what they tell me the apartments are very comfortable. They’ve come into encounters with some of the other tenants and each time I was told that the encounters were warming. And the landlord, Mrs. Glorisol was very sweet, engaging, helpful and very attentive when I was introduced to her. The on site laundry is very convenient. April 10, 2024I have been at 1000 Croghan St for about a year now. When I arrived to Fremont I was homeless and leaving a really bad marriage. I received a phone call from Gloria offering me to see the apartment. Since than it seemed to be tragedy after tragedy and she has been amazing to me. She didn’t treat me like an apartment number but a person. I appreciate her and I love my apartment, a place I can call my home.Review from Apartments.com
