Poor management
October 31, 2019My units are very old with many coats of paint. Lots of cracks in the ceiling and walls. It’s very difficult to keep warm in the winter with the wall heaters and large gaps in the doors that keep getting bigger each year. I think that’s how the spiders are getting in my unit and there’s always a lot. The kitchen has no ventilation so cooking smells the whole place up. Sprinkler system is more like a geyser that goes off early in the morning. At night the place turns into a parking lot with lots ...of cars that you need to squeeze through without hitting them. The landlord is not very friendly and raises the rent even though she said they never do. Many things need to be fixed and it’s not worth the price, and I’m not the only tenant that’s not happy here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
