April 23, 2021I have stayed in Stockton for several years. Have been changing apartment due to drug and cleanliness. All the properties I have stayed in this property has changed my mind how organized and clean this place is. Very flexible maintenance team. Elevator on the property. Gates always secured. May 20, 2020I would have to say this place is not a good place at all. It has roaches and rats. you can't get in contact with the owners or property manager. if you want a rental history they won't give it to you or other agents. it's just bad business to rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Disgusting death trap
March 18, 2020The property isn't safe, gates malfunction all thee time. Drug dealers& addicts are all over. There was a murder on the property where I normally parked my car. There's no security. The management doesn't care about the tenants. When I finally was able to lead they kept my deposit and try to charge me for issues that were there when I first moved in.Review from Apartments.com

November 27, 2017Worst place by far to live drug haven bedbugs and Infested with roaches Starr property management is a joke they don't fix any thing hole in ceiling from upstairs leak mold and my sink has been broken for 4 months no one even came to look at it lots of homeless people sleeping in the hallways and stair wells and a man was shot and killed in the parking lot last month people being robbed in the hallways lots of shootings very nasty apartments would not recommend to my worst enemyReview from Apartments.com
