Disappointing in the End
October 17, 2016I have lived in apartment B at the 104 Spring Valley apartments (Alliance Realty) for just over five years now. I am leaving in a state of disappointment. If you are looking to rent this apartment, here are some things to consider: Strong points: usually fix things quickly, great location, one level, shaded so the apartment stays cool well on its own, generally don’t hear neighbors through the walls, no one living above you and no stairs, laundry on-site. Weak points: apartment has a ‘dirty, ...old-hotel room’ smell to it at times – depends on weather/ humidity, living room windows and door are not air tight, carpet not great, lock is really hard to use in very cold weather, this apartment in particular has a lot of bugs throughout the year, the outlets are loose, smokers’ rights trump non-smokers’ rights, and being a good tenured tenant means nothing to management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
