LL will need to meet pets of final applicants. * Any aquarium/caged animals (reptiles, fish, hamster, etc) need to be approved & discussed on application! * There is a yard but it is not currently fenced. We can discuss tenant putting up their own portable fence on the side of the home as an option. * Only 2 pets maximum. ALL pets MUST be at least 2 years old. Must be Completely House Trained. Must be quiet!
