A Gem in the Heart of Long Beach
October 12, 2015Long Beach is a quirky and beautiful city, full of historical buildings/complexes/homes. We live in the historical arts district of the city, meaning we are surrounded by the most unique architecture and design that spans across multiple decades. In our apartment we are surrounded by the most wonderful neighbors, many of whom have become our close friends. We are always having group potlucks and BBQs in the open courtyard, which includes a pool that is 10feet deep. One thing that has always ...stood out to me is the pink tiled bathrooms and kitchens here. September 23, 2015This is the ideal location, it's just one block from the beach. Although I tried 30 years ago, I never thought I could be so near to the water. Most of the other tenants are friendly towards us. The landlord keeps the property clean. I feel blessed to have gotten into an apartment complex that has parking available. Even at an additional cost we feel safer for it, as most only offer off street parking in the area. I love the hardwood floors, large closet and that it has plenty cabinets.Review from Apartments.com
