Poor customer service
April 3, 2024WAS super excited for this place, the owner told us paperwork was all good and everything was a go. Now all we had to go was go look at it to do transactions and all that. I had an appointment set up on a Friday at 1pm to look at it and do all go through all the details. I show up at 1pm ready for our family to get a place of our own but I ring on the doorbell and was confused and greeted by the new renters that started moving in that day. I had called and left a voicemail to get clarification ...but heard nothing back, just got no showed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
