January 18, 2025The security of the complex is my biggest concern. I wish there was someone overnight to just keep an eye on things. I also wish that visitors had more places to park, so they’re not following us into the garbage at all hours of the day. Doors are also left open sometimes because they’re either broke, stuck on something, or just carelessly left open.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024I've lived here for 2 years and since we have had a new manager come in (her name is Ginger), my experience dealing with any issues or apartment staff has been very easy and friendly. Renewal was simple and relatively affordable. Plenty of parking available in the parking garage. Very good location, right in the middle of the heights. Amenities speak for themselves, rooftop pool overlooking downtown is awesome. The gym is nice and rarely has more than 2-3 people in it. My only complaint is ...that sometimes the pool is closed due to cleaning or other reasons for extended periods of time during peak summer season. Also the water in the pool starts to get very warm around June. There could also be better signage pointing to where the elevators are. The door leading to the elevator room is unmarked.Property Manager Responded
