Apartments are very spacious, appliances are always broken, gates are always broken, parking needs to be assigned if you work a second shift good luck finding parking in front of your assigned building. November 24, 202410x Ormond beach is in a great location. Close to our church, restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the beach. Hospital and doctors offices are very close. The office staff are nice. Maintenance people are nice and very respectful.Review from Apartments.com

October 11, 2024You can tell they painted over whatever was on the walls & baseboards and didn't clean it. Painted over some outlet covers, dishwasher has some residue in it from the last people.. lots of dust, other then that we love these apartments! September 26, 2024The last 2 months have been exciting to finally see some changes. The new management team are finally taking notice of what needs change.
