We have a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex (Unit 1) available near the University of MN- bus stop at end of block. We are renting out by rooms. Available now through 8/28/25. Currently 4 bedrooms are available. If you are interested and the move in date works for you, we can set up a tour. No smoking allowed in property. No pets. All tenants do a background/credit check with application. We remodeled the property a few years ago. New windows, A/C, Furnace, Washer/Dryer, Updated bathroom on main floor (new shower, sink, toilet and flooring.) New flooring in kitchen, refinished maple wood floors on main floor. The basement was a new complete buildout. Shared spaces: Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bathrooms, Coffee Bar Room, Laundry Room. Price per bedroom - Currently 3 bedrooms are available. Price per bedroom is as follows: Main level Bedroom #1 $rented Main level Bedroom #2 rented. Main level Bedroom #3 rented Basement Bedroom #4 rented. Basement Bedroom #5 $600. Basement Bedroom #6 rented. This unit has 2 fridges. There is a small storage shed in the back for bikes. Individual Lease for each bedroom. We use an electronic billing service that we collect the rent and the utilities. Utilities are split among the tenants. - Since this unit is rented out by bedroom, I will pay the following utility bills and then bill each tenant individually for their portion of the Electric, Gas, & Water/Trash. The Internet is handled by the tenants and they pay directly to the provider they wanted. Water/trash is split between Unit 1 and Unit 2. Price is about $20 per person a month. Electric & Gas - varies - between $70 - $100 per person a month per their usage – Water cost is included with this. Internet – Tenants split cost and pay internet provider they choose directly.
