    • Poor Property management

      November 2, 2019
      Before the new management it was ok... lived there for 5 years and just moved from there. New management sucks. Don't want to fix nothing Used to be a secure building. With the new tenets there is a lot of drug activity on the 2nd floor and management won't do anything about it

      Great price for the location and space. I live around the corner from vibrant and fun University Avenue, just blocks from Drake University and Drake Diner. Downtown is very accessible via the busline on University. And there is a park at the end of my street!
