December 8, 2024We have had a very easy and smooth transition. Everyone in the leasing office and other residents have been very kind to us. We really appreciate everyone's help during this process. The only thing slightly inconvenient is not having our access key working for the parking garage and having to use the temporary single pass for 2 cars because we aren't always together.Property Manager Responded

It is conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, and walking distance from everything else. The community here is excellent and exceptionally friendly. October 7, 2022I have really enjoyed living in 2 units in 1133. location is great. Building is clean and maintained. Although we do not live there fulltime and consequently do not know many of the other residents well, everyone is friendly and courteous to us.Property Manager Responded

Fire alarm
September 10, 2022Apartment building has a faulty alarm system that randomly goes off with a deafening sound. Sometimes middle of the night on a weeknight. This has not been fixed in the past year. Still happening. If the rent is supposed to premium for luxury living - i would think this should be priorityProperty Manager Responded
October 10, 2022Good Afternoon, Thank you for your honest feedback! We are happy to report that all issues with the Fire Alarms have been resolved as of 2021. Unfortunately, some neighbors have caused minor accidents in their apartment homes in 2022 that have indeed set off the building Fire Alarm this year. (The most recent occurred in August 2022 from burned pop-corn in a unit on the 5th floor around 1 AM)** We understand the inconvenience of these minor occurrences, but accidents happen, and we are happy to report that our alarms are fully functional and will respond appropriately to an emergency.
