There is a large skylight 20 feet above the center of the kitchen flooding the room with natural sunlight. Stairs from the second floor lead to a large rooftop deck with seating areas for the exclusive use of this unit. There is secured parking available a block away. This studio / Loft is one of the most unique spaces in Seattle and rarely comes up for rent, maybe once a decade.
