This apartment is on the upper floor of a two story, four unit building. It's about 800 square feet, including the dormer space. One bedroom, one bath. Living room/kitchen combo, and another room used as a study. The apartment is U-shaped, having been crafted by joining what had been separate sleeping rooms. Every room has a door onto the main hallway. It runs on one 15 amp bus fuse. There are trees outside every window. It's conveniently located one block from a major bus line, and four ...
blocks from a large, lovely park. There are good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is on street, and can be a bit dicey at times, due to the density of the neighborhood. I've lived here for almost 30 years, as the rent is a bargain, and the steep stairs up to my apartment make it difficult to move - I'd need to pay for professional service, something that is currently beyond me. I use every inch of space, and am told that I've created a space that is warm and inviting. I quite agree.
