August 28, 2025I have lived at Trinity Place for two years and for the most part it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and maintained is responsive. I have not had any packages stolen which has been an issue at previous places. Rent prices are comparable to the area, and I have and will continue to recommend Trinity place to others.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025I love the building, I love how close it is to Muni/Bart, and I love there is security in the lobby and around the building. However, as I am just about to start my 2nd year lease, I feel like the amount it increased is far to high for having paid every month on time, and with the Muni construction and entrances close by blocked off, with nothing still in the space where Whole Foods was, and with the common area main room and technology room access changing to rent only.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025In my 1.5 years, it has been a good place to live. The amenities are above average and I feel safe here. Per friendly community and I haven’t had issues with neighbors or having trouble tickets responded to. The staff is not overly intrusive. Parking is a bit expensive, and there isn’t 24 hour front desk attendant… but for the most part, it has been an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend. 4/5 starsProperty Manager Responded

April 15, 2025Surrounding area is still unsafe with homeless and cracked out individuals. The inside - packages are constantly missing from package room and management is unable to find on the security cameras where the packages went! Randoms make it into the lobby and wandering halls.Property Manager Responded
