Diamond in the rough LES apartment
August 9, 2015We got very lucky with this apartment find. Both the apartment and building are great. The apartment is a true 2 bedroom where both rooms are the same size. Both can fit a queen size bed plus other furniture and one of the rooms has a balcony connected to it. Because the kitchen is an open kitchen, it makes the living room even bigger. We have a large couch, bar cart, bar table, entertainment unit and a big TV and fit it all perfectly. The building has laundry, a shared garden space in the ...back, and has rooftop access with a gorgeous view of the city and specifically of One World Trade. Best part is you're blocks away from amazing nightlife. Only one downfall I would say is that the super and management can sometimes be pretty unresponsive to apartment issues. They eventually will fix whatever needs fixed but can take longer than needed (unless it's an emergency).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
