Recently moved to Columbus and found this gem of a place to live a former cotton mill. Close to work, church, great restaurants and walking and biking trails on the River Walk on the shore of the Chattahoochee River. Our goal for the weekend is too not have to get in a car and drive anywhere. We try to get all our entertainment in downtown Columbus. Love this place.

Loft living at Eagle and Phenix

Have time to do the things you love to do in a safe active community. The Eagle and Phenix Mill 3 is located on the Chattachoee R in the heart of Columbus, GA. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped 11 mile river walk which runs parallel to the Chattachoee. My loft is localed on the 4th floor with a scenic view of the river. The apartment Building was once an old cotton mill wih original features preserved in each space. My unit features an exposed brick wall, a 13 ft wood paneled ceiling and ...
concrete floors throughout. My space is 664 sq feet but feels much larger due to the ceiling height. Without yard work and typical house maintenance tasks, I am free to enjoy the outdoors and have taken up bike riding and kyaking! Trendy restaurants are as close as a block or two away. This loft community and downtown area has everything. When I want to just relax, I sit on a rock by the river with a glass of wine and watch the white water rafters come down the river right in front of me. I love it here!!!!!
