A nightmare
April 29, 2024We have lived here for less than two years and the HVAC system has broken down well over a dozen times and sometimes is out for weeks on end. Maintenance is a total joke. Only upside is the location and high cielings.Review from Apartments.com
HVAC Issues Galore
December 7, 2023I am a curent tenant here and have been having issues with my heat for weeks, going on 3 months. This building has serious HVAC problems which as you can see seems to be an issue that's been going on for years and has yet to be resolved. If you move here look forward to having no AC in the summer for a few weeks and no heat in the winter. They will offer space heaters that do no justice. They'll even credit your rent but you'll still have no heat/AC.Review from Apartments.com
ROACHES!!!!!
July 27, 2019Overall the 1 bedroom apartment is decent with a good amount of lighting. Parking is convenient and reasonable and the neighborhood is nice. HOWEVER, the building is infested with roaches. Basically if your neighbors keep a dirty house you will also have an issue. They are in the hallways, elevator, and main entrance and then make their way to your place. Unfortunately, management doesn’t do any treatments until a problem is reported. This delayed approach then requires multiple treatments which ...means YOU have to be proactive in reaching out and fight for treatments. They are not very responsive and appear not to care that this is an issue. They don’t answer the phone and somehow their voicemails is always full. They have a “cleaning person” that is completely fine with dropping garbage in the hallway and not cleaning it up. They mop the hallways with dirty water and never clean the carpets. This behavior makes for a smelly hallway and in the summer you walk into your apartment with a film on you just from being in the hallway. If you have visitors BE AWARE that you can’t walk into the building without seeing roaches of different sizes. I’ve never lived in a building that doesn’t spray every few months to make sure all apartments are ok. It’s not anyone’s business what goes on in someone’s apartment but it sucks when you keep a clean house and little critters make their way in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
