This is a small building that is mostly owners and professionals so it tends to be quieter. There is also only 35 units so you will not being sharing space with hundreds of other people. 1 parking space inside of gate and 1 hang tag for parking in one of several street parking spots which are first come first serve but reserved only for building residents at certain times. Dogs are allowed with a small pet deposit fee. Grocery stores, gym, coffee/tea shops. restaurants, Amelie arena, Sparkmans Warf and trolly stops all within walking distance. Ybor city is a quick trolley ride away. We are the owners of the unit. You will not be dealing with a property management company. You will deal with us directly. We love our condo and lived there for many years. We live about 10 minutes away when we are needed and I work in the Channelside area so I am often nearby. We ask for 1st/last and a small deposit and if you have a pet we ask for an additional deposit. There is also an HOA background check that needs to be passed as well. The building asks for a $500 move in/out deposit. Once you are moved in and all common spaces are checked and ok, $250 will be given back. The other will be returned after move out.
