DONT LIVE HERE,
April 15, 2024Yea its affordable, but the building stinks of raw meat from the butcher next door, trash is always overflowing. the building itself is poorly maintained, tiny and dirty bathrooms, and good luck asking the landlady for any help, shes rude, unprofessional, and accosts you for extra fees whenever possible, she is also very unresponsive when asking for help. Doesnt even take noise complaints from neighbors seriously. Also trash trucks all night long are extremely loud. yes theres an exterminator, ...which is a nice plus. DONT LIVE HERE, the streets also stink and theres always rats running around at night. Pay a little extra, dont live in this dump.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Misery
February 25, 2020Absolute dump, if you find the sound of major garbage trucks relentless outside your window all night soothing this is your place!!! The heat isn’t even remotely on par with the outside temperature it’s a sauna when it’s 50 degrees outside and it’s freezing when it’s 20 outside. Zero security packages get stolen, and don’t even get me started with the people who are incapable of walking at a normal pace that congregate on this street because the fish markets are so appetizing.Property Manager Responded
September 28, 2020Hello : Misery: All our rentals have been handling by our real estate brokers, so I seldom go on any rental website. But I handle all 41 units in the building, the tenants can text/call/email directly any time. . Did you ever contact me? Are you sublet or a real tenant? Most of our tenants are educated and professionals, so far so good always open communicating with me. Last 8 years I have been in charge, I never received any unhappy review. The building has a yearly heating service contract, not even cost us extra if we call. Any call the heating company will respond shortly/the same day. Did you ever actually contact me? Please contact me directly if you are really a tenant and still here . Thank you. The Building Manager. Amy
