Horrible
July 22, 2021The home itself is poorly made. I moved in when the building was first built and quickly realized everything is just for show. Things break easily and maintenance has a 3 month turn around time. The hallways are disgusting and people don’t care about keeping the place livable. Management is absolutely horrible, packages are constantly stolen and after 10 months they installed security cameras that were tampered with in the first week and not working now. Also the 1 bedrooms are technically ...studios as bedroom states it should have a window and these one bedrooms do not. They are simply a small room with a slide door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Little attention to detail.
July 8, 2020I've lived in OCF units several times and have had good experiences, but lately they've cut corners, and this building is no exception, starting with no elevator in a 4-floor building. The appliances are cheap and I've had 2 maintenance requests and have only lived here a few weeks. The kitchen finishings look undone, with exposed wood in the cabinets and lining the counters. The shower has a tension rod, rather than a real rod. The front doors are unpainted wood, which give the building a ...dorm-like look for a high price. Delivery drivers have had a lot of issues finding the building since it's not properly pinned on the map. I'd keep looking unless better rent specials come about!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
