**Title: Avoid Renting Here**
June 20, 2024I strongly advise against renting in this building. Here are the reasons: 1. **Management**: The management is rude and unhelpful. They don't address issues promptly. 2. **Noise**: Dogs bark incessantly in the back yard, and factories nearby create constant noise pollution. 3. **Air Quality**: The air is polluted due to nearby factories, affecting residents' health. 4. **Pest Problem**: The block is infested with waterbugs and rats the size of cats. 5. **Cheap Construction**: The apartments ...are poorly constructed and feel cheap. 6. **Garbage Company**: There's a garbage company nearby, which can be unpleasant.
