Nice location, no amenities
September 29, 2015The positives: This apartment is in a nice neighborhood on the Upper West Side, convenient to transportation (C,B at 81st and 1 at 79th) and steps to Central Park and Riverside Park. Good grocery stores (WestSide, fairway, Zabars) are nearby. The negatives: This is an older building with no elevator, and there is no self service laundry in the building or closeby. (I walk my delicate laundry 10 blocks to wash it) There is only one small closet in the unit. The landlord and super are not very ...responsive to problems...my bathroom ceiling has been leaking for months. I feel like I pay much more for many less amenities that others in this neighborhood get.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
