In addition to the one bathroom there is also an outdoor shower to make sharing the two bedroom one bath home easier. The kitchen is huge chefs kitchen with large island and plenty of storage. The laundry is in the kitchen tucked into a laundry closet for ease of access. The outdoor garden is a delight to enjoy your morning tea or host a few friends. There is a whole house water filter so drink from any tap and fragrance free laundry and household products are provided and included in your rent. WiFi and all utilities are also included. Just bring yourself and begin enjoying the beach lifestyle.

This is the back house adu cottage, the main house is detached and the entrance to the cottage is a private walkway from the alleyway. The entire place is quiet and peaceful. The cottage has nice vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. There is a small full kitchen and full bathroom with bathtub. There is a large refrigerator and 5 windows through out the unit. The closet is deep and large enough to store all your things and there is a space out side for your bicycle and some storage as well. The rent includes all utilities and WiFi and there is a whole property water filter, enjoy clean drinking water from all taps including shower and both sinks! The laundry is just outside the front door and is shared by 1 other person.
