December 11, 2022This building is a disaster; it’s old, unkept, laundry is always malfunctioning, the windows are so old they don’t even close properly. Rainwater is leaking in. Wind is always coming in through the cracks. The heating system is old. One room is hot, another room is arctic cold. But the cherry on top is the parking situation. Whoever moved in first picked a parking spot for themselves and family members, and now there’s no spots, so if you have a car, good luck. There’s no management, so it’s ...anarchy.
