Pretty great apt
August 13, 2020The process is simple/consistent. Everything is online using the bungalow app/website and it’s so easy to submit the requested and required information in order to get your application approved. The rep who reached out when he noticed I didn’t finish my application because I was working a lot was very helpful and personable. After move in, there was a hiccup but the regional manager for Philadelphia traveled 40 min to solve it in person. Very much appreciated. The apt is very clean, garbage is ...compiled in the back of the building and picked up regularly. Security is good and my packages are never lost, big or small. The monthly cleaning service is great too which eases your worry if you have a roommate. Roommates too have to be approved by current residents which is a great idea. Even though, I have the place to myself at the moment, bungalow has made it easy to communicate with my roommate who is abroad. I also thought the apt would be too small for my taste but ALL my things were able to be moved in with ample space leftover. Compared to other tiny Apts in center city with higher prices not including utilities, WiFi, or a cleaning service, the PH at 1310 Spruce is a good option. Also with master bedroom choices. Transferring over to a one bed one bath Apt within the building or the network should be simple also with their bungalow system and as previously stated simple application process.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
