Great
September 24, 2015My apartment is approximately 750 square feet. It has Doorman service and great tenants , although needs updating out side and indoor demographics, I love it, however rents costly. Having access to central park, and livening on fifth avenue is fantastic. I would love continuing to reside but future appears almost impossible for the future, please choose my story. Looking to move here? I suggest you run the other way
August 26, 2015I moved here to be closer to work and my wife wanted a doorman. I did get that. In fact the door men may be the only pleasant things about this place. I've moved 5 times in the past 10 years (because of school, work, and marriage) and this is the worst experience I've had so far. While I was wooed into coming here because of the rent, I now feel I am paying way too much for what I am getting. First off, the management is horrible. They are offsite and I have yet to see them in the building. ...This wouldn't be all that bad if they were responsive to calls or emails. They are not. They only seem to response when city inspectors threaten them with violations or when I threaten not to pay rent. What this means is that the shoddy work their contractors do often goes unfixed for months on end (flooring, broken elevators etc) This building also has a pest problem (rodents and roaches) which management does not seem to care about. The exterminator they have on contract often misses appointments. Finally this place is very loud. This building is 5th ave where the express buses whiz by and there is a firehouse down the block.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Spacious and renovated
August 6, 2015the building is older and a bit worn, but kept relatively clean. Doormen are great- super nice. Apartment itself is completely gut renovated. The super is very friendly and helpful. Could call it home for a while.Review from Apartments.com
