Great building, with great management
September 28, 2015Location: This is a perfect building for anyone that works near the financial district of San Francisco. For commuters, a parking garage is available for an extra monthly premium. The neighborhood is Nob Hill at Sacramento and Jones. It is fantasticly quiet, even being on a bus line. It's close enough to enjoy the food and night life on Polk St, or a short walk down to North Beach. The Building: The prices of the building are in line with the San Francisco rent, but when you move in the ...rooms are freshly restored and the building has great maintenance. When you walk in, the upkeep definitely shows with the new carpets, cleans walls, and lightly decorated walls. Building Manager: The building manager is probably the best you'll have in San Francisco. He is extremely nice and will help resolve any issues in a timely manner. The Apartment: I live in a studio that I would classify as a super-studio. I have a hallway, a bathroom with shower/tub, sink, mirror cabinet and toilet There is a main room about 10'x20' where I can fit a bed on one side and a computer dining table on the other side. The dining table is large enough for 4 people comfortably. This main room also has a large walk in closet so my clothes aren't taking up space in the room. I have a kitchen complete with full size refridgerator, oven/stove, and wait for it...dishwasher! If you see a place open up in this building, I advise renting it because it will go fast. It feels like you're moving into a new place, not someone's old place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
