Wouldn't recommend but I wouldn't stop you
July 20, 2015Has a nice old feel that I appreciate but I feel like I'm paying brand-new, quality luxury prices for it. Plus, I have to be extremely persistent and patient when trying to get repairmen sent out. It's nice but a little overpriced. Pasadena as a whole is realizing what they have and raising prices and this region especially since it's not regulated by how much you can raise the rent.Review from Apartments.com
