Not the Best but lots of potential
July 27, 2015I rent a 2 bedroom apartment. It's an old building but with potential to be a very nice building and a great apartmemt. It just is not owned by the right person. It is a spacious layout and nice hardwood floors. However, it is poorly maintained and has not had many upgrades. I think that in the right hands this could be a very nice place to live. The location is great and the neighborhood is not bad at all. I wish I had the money to invest. I would definitely make it fabulous ;)Review from Apartments.com
