      Bed bug infestation, druggie infestation.if your a druggie you can rent from here and live happily.the so call landlord is a so call manager.but the owner is from another country.this place is so unsafe and very nasty.i looked at an apartment here and I ran to another county.i was approached by a druggie asking for a smoke and a ride.he informed me that this was a place for drug dealers and was infested with bed bugs and he was visiting a family member there at the bottom of the hill run down ...
      apartment's.and if I was smart idea run.so I did quickly and felt very unsafe there.where and why aren't the law cleaning up this place.i heard cops won't bother with this place.but why ? Be safe and avoid this place.feeling better in richmond.no students apply there please
