Morgan lofts- nice apartments, terrible owners
July 21, 2015144 Steuben street (the Morgan lofts) is a great apartment building in downtown jersey city. Excellent location to path (1.5 blocks) and very close to shopping and restaurants. However, with Rules that make no sense and a staff that clearly doesn't care makes the living situation more difficult than it should be. The elevator is non functioning way more than it should be. And repairs can take awhile as well.3 stars when elevator is not working and 4 for when it isReview from Apartments.com
