Bluetooth radio and TV (requires firestick and hotspot, cable is not provided). Renter does need to re-fill their own propane tanks, and for their own internet solution. Trailer has power stabilizers, power tongue jack, powered awning, storage available in pass through and exterior compartments as well as additional storage available on the property. Pets are welcomed: dogs are allowed, goats, donkeys, pigs, and/or horses can can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, cats are unfortunately not allowed.
