Private Master Bedroom with Queen bed new luxury high-end comfortable mattress. Living room with sofa, dinette and TV. Kitchen has full amenities sink, stove, 3 burner cooktop, fridge and freezer. 2nd Bedroom has a convertible "floor sofa" that can be made into a full sized bed, there are two twin-style beds as upper bunks one on each side with a media center and storage on one side. Private master bedroom with queen bed mattress, wardrobe closets, storage, outlets. Common area with full kitchen, Living Room with dinette, sofa, TV entertainment center, and spacious bathroom. 2nd bedroom with an entertainment center, twin upper bunk bed, convertible cube floor sofa that can convert into a full-sized sleeper bed. furniture, appliances, heat, air conditioning, hot water, trash, recycling, electric, septic all included in rent! Bluetooth radio and TV (requires firestick and hotspot, cable is not provided). Renter does need to re-fill their own propane tanks, and for their own internet solution. Trailer has power stabilizers, power tongue jack, powered awning, storage available in pass through and exterior compartments as well as additional storage available on the property. Pets are welcomed: dogs are allowed, goats, donkeys, pigs, and/or horses can can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, cats are unfortunately not allowed.
