Come live in a dump

All the the apartments are in need of repairs, but the landlords are cheap and don’t want to put the money in, so tenants live in unacceptable conditions. Walls and ceilings are falling in, the parking lot will ruin your car with the giant pot holes, and there was a homeless man sleeping in the basement at one point. Run from this place!
