AVOID THIS APARTMENT
August 26, 2022DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT! I live here for three month and my lease is from 5/20/2022 to 8/19/2022. I start calling them to inform them that I will move out from start of August, they never pick up the phone and always go to voice message(some times voice box is full), and they never reply my voice message. I also email them so many times to inform them that I would move out but also never get replied. I have to go to there office and one officer there told me to leave key inside the room and ...email them to check out. I did that, and now, I was not only charged 11 days' rent more than my lease for August, I get charged for September now!!!! So unbelievable! Not to mention the package stolen issue of this building. Brandy or anyone else, if you can see this message, give my money back immediately!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
don’t live here
June 27, 2022Plain and simple don’t live here. As a current tenant who can’t wait to move out, this place has been absolute garbage. No place to park cause you have to park on the street (there is a parking pass you can get so you don’t have to pay everyday but still sucks). I moved in soon after a different company took over the property. The woman I talked too at first was great, but she left never sent me an updated contact list. And when rent rolled around the next month was unable to pay it cause I ...didn’t have access to it online. For three months I couldn’t pay rent on time cause there was no one I could contact and they sure as hell didn’t contact me when they realized I didn’t pay the rent. There isn’t any management person on site no one replies to emails and everyone’s mailbox is full so you can’t less a voicemail which means you have to call until they get annoyed and actually answer the phone. Also it states air conditioning but for my apartment I set it at a low temp and does it get colder…? NO! it just climbs back up to what it was at which is going to make this summer hell. I’d move out sooner but have a hard time getting in contact with management about that processRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor living at a high price
December 6, 2021New building with mostly an 18-22 party kids who live there. I’ve experienced storage break ins, many fire alarm evacuations and more. Someone on the sixth floor lets their Dog use the restroom in the halls or elevator without cleaning up after themselves. Staff obviously doesn’t care as nothing has changed. Beautiful rooftop deck that turns into a rooftop frat party. Not for me!Property Manager Responded

worst rental ever
December 4, 2020I lived there for a year, unfortunately. When you are going sign the leasing, they are very good and sympathetics, but the true is they do not explain all the fees clearly, if you have any problem, forget them, they will not help you or they will say it's your fault, that you didn't read the contract, which I did, but I never rented before, I might misunderstood some information and they also were never clear about. Now they are trying to overcharge me after I move out.Property Manager Responded

Definitely avoid this place
December 18, 2018Do yourself yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at all cost. When you move out, they will charge you for cleaning regardless of whether or not they have to do any additional cleaning. I had an opportunity to see my apartment before I moved in. While I was walking through, they assured me it would be cleaned before my move-in date. However, on the day I moved in, the same deflated balloon left behind by the previous tenant that I saw when I did a walk through was still there the day I moved ...in, which made it very obvious that they did absolutely nothing. I moved out after 3 months, and they charged me for painting and cleaning, totaling an additional 100 dollars after deducting the cost of my security deposit. They emailed a week and half after my move-out date asking for my updating mailing information to send the bill. In the letter it stated that I had 30 days from the time that I received the Bill to pay the move-out fees. However, they ended up sending it to collections a week and a half before the due date because they forgot to take into account their delay in sending the bill. When I called to resolve the issue, the leasing manager acknowledged that they made a mistake but said there was nothing they could do once it is sent to collections. This place will scam you out of money any way they can. Apartments are extremely basic for the money. They had several issues with people stealing packages, a robbery involving the television in the common area, major waterline breaks, and elevator malfunctions. There are much nicer apartments in the area for a similar price.Property Manager Responded
