Security is an issue; elevator breaks frequently
October 30, 2017The location is great, but security is a recurring issue in the building. -I know of two neighbors who have had things stolen from their cars (and in one case, the car window was smashed). -Personally, I had a $300 delivery that was stolen. I've had at least 3 different items that were marked as delivered by FedEx, UPS or Amazon that have just never shown up in the lobby or in the leasing office. -Security generally is lacking. One morning, in the stairwell leading to the garage, we ran into ...someone who didn't live in the building just chilling on the stairs, rolling a joint, at 7 AM in the morning. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but that was weird. -Elevator breaks frequently. Over Fourth of July weekend, elevators were broken from Thursday through the entire weekend and management didn't reach out with any communication until Sunday. Having to tape all the stairwells open every few weeks doesn't add to the security of the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
