About 1457 11th Ave, Unit Courtyard Garden

This is a first floor garden style apartment overlooking the courtyard and garden. We have an amazing rosemary bush that is great for cooking. Also, we have a lemon tree and rose bushes. Some tenants can even BBQ in courtyard area. Totally private apartment. Please email/text me and I will send you a link for the video tour. Full bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room with designated office space. One bedroom with queen bed, tall dresser, nightstand, and huge walk-in closet that is the length of the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, tons of custom-built cabinets, big windows overlooking garden and rosemary bush. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating. All utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Original built in ironing board. Stainless steel counter and wood block counter. Great for prep and cooking. Art Deco bathroom has vanity, toilet, big bathtub with shower, and built in cabinet for extra storage and window. Living room/dining room has pull out sofa bed, dining table that can seat 4 people, cocktail table and side table and there is a designated office area with a custom-built desk and office chair and Smart TV. We preserved lots of the original details such as a built-in telephone seat, arched doorways, beams in ceiling. The entire apartment has wood floors and is painted with a nice light green color. Apartment is already set up with high speed internet and Smart TV. Full size washer and dryer in garage–Not coin operated. Only four apartments in the building share the laundry. Additional monthly charge for utilities, high speed internet, etc. Some pets allowed depending upon breed, size, etc. Flexible Leases.
