GREAT area not so great building
August 14, 2015This definitely far from perfect. Even thought a lot of people would be skeptical about moving into Marble hill (because of the project near by) this an fast growing area. with almost absolutely everything a person or family can ask for. 3 gyms, plenty or restaurants and bars, a hospital, 3 malls, every fast food imaginable, 3 different banks. And the best part? marble hill is across the river from Manhattan. I make so much emphasis about the area because it is a good area, and my building 99 ...Marble hill can be a lot better. walking distance from the 1 train and 2 minutes driving to the major deegan expressway, this Building smell like human excrement and the elevator never works. The good part about it? the building management is very polite and they will try to work this out with you. Hope my review is helpful!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
