Pros & Cons of Living Here
September 29, 2015Cons: This is an old building with absolutely NO soundproofing between the walls and the floors/ceilings, so you hear everything--and I mean everything--going on in your next-door and upstairs neighbors' apts. Hence, when a new tenant moves in, it's more like getting a new roommate--but one you didn't get to pre-screen yourself! If you move in anyway, bring noise-canceling headphones! Pros: Building is well maintained. It's a great neighborhood with lots of trendy restaurants & 6 supermarkets. ...There are several subway lines nearby and a very-affordable city recreation center with a pool. Also, a beautiful riverfront promenade is just a few blocks away with walking, jogging & biking paths. Weight the good with the bad before moving in!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
